A Very Foxy DIY Halloween Costume

It’s almost Halloween witches! Just a couple more days until the best holiday of the year…I spent this weekend binging Chilling Adventures of Sabrina on Netflix and partying it up with friends in a DIY costume. This year I really didn’t want to spend any money on a costume I’d wear once and forget about forever in the back of my closet. I decided to put my kindergarten skills to test and make a paper mache mask. I settled on a fox mask, since most of my closet is made up or orange, white and black at this point. If you still haven’t figured out your costume and are celebrating Halloween this weekend, here’s a little DIY tutorial - maybe it can spark some inspiration for your own mask! I suggest first thinking of a general direction/outfit you want to go with based on already available wardrobe options, and then making a matching mask.

Voila! This is what I looked like at my friend’s house party. My mask stayed put all night (it ended up looking cuter worn as a tiara, not an actual mask), didn’t come unglued even though we had to walk in the rain. Also, my costume was a hit at the party!
